Goodbye 2018, Hello 2019

It’s come to that time of year where you look back at what we’ve done in the last year and whether there is anything we wish we’d done.

There’s nothing that I regret doing this year, I took a longer than expected break from blogging but I’m glad I did that. This year I’ve also travelled to new places and gained new experiences. This year my travels have included:

Bruges

Brussels

Copenghagen

Helsinki

London

New York

Oslo

Skagen

St Petersburg

Tallinn

York

Some of my favourite travel memories from this year include:

Visiting Russia during the World Cup

Getting the chance to stay at Principal Hotel, York

I’m currently where I want to be with my blog as I’m seeing improvements they may be small but I’ve got to start somewhere.

I’m looking forward to seeing what 2019 will bring. I don’t have many travel plans due to saving for a big trip at the beginning of 2020. I’m hoping to be able to squeeze a few weekend breaks in. My plans so far include a mini trip in February to Orlando, Florida for the first time, which I’m excited for. Later in the year I shall be going onboard NCL Jade to cruise around Italy and Greece which is one of my favourite parts of the world.

It’s been a long time since I went to a concert so in 2019 I’m looking forward to going to see Boyzone and Westlife.

In 2019 I’m hoping to get the chance to work with some different brands.

What are your plans for 2019?

What have been your favourite travel memories from 2018?
