Happy New Year!

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year, mine was quiet at home but chaotic in work due to working in retail.

2024 was a year which didn’t involve much travelling as I spent more time exploring the UK with trips to Lake District, Stratford-upon-Avon, Yorkshire and Edinburgh. I took one trip outside of the UK as I went on a cruise around Europe for 14 nights onboard P&O Arvia. 

This year marks my Mum’s 60th birthday as the celebrations will start by going on our first Disney Cruise for 3 nights. We will also be going to Walt Disney World, Florida for 14 nights. In the summer I will be spending some time in the Cotswolds in a lodge as this will be a trip to include our cockapoo Barney as well as taking a trip next month to Derbyshire for a few days. 

I am also looking to go on a solo adventure in the summer to a destination which is yet to be decided. I’m also hoping to be able to do some weekend trips throughout the year either in the UK or Europe.

I’ve spent the last few months writing and editing blog posts about some of the trips I’ve taken. I’ve also been writing some posts which will include tips so these posts will be getting posted over the next few months on a bi-weekly basis as I work towards getting back to posting regularly again. I’ve also spent some time redesigning the page to give it a different look.
